Terms of Service
Last updated: April 26, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or paying for a MOLE subscription, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're using MOLE on behalf of an employer, you represent that you have authority to bind that employer to these terms.
2. The service
MOLE is a competitive intelligence tool for healthcare staffing agency representatives. We aggregate public job posting data from agencies, aggregators, and physician groups, score the resulting opportunity signals, and surface them through a web dashboard.
We are not a recruiter, applicant tracking system, or employment agency. MOLE does not place candidates, route resumes, or interact with hiring managers on your behalf.
3. Plans and billing
- Trial: All new subscriptions include 14 free days. A payment method is required up front but you are not charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial through the Stripe customer portal and you will not be charged.
- Recurring billing: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current period.
- Plan tiers: Scout ($99/mo), Agent ($149/mo), Handler ($399/mo), Operator ($799/mo), and Enterprise (sales-quoted with setup fee plus per-seat license). Features per tier are described on the Pricing page and may evolve.
- Payment processing: Stripe handles all card data and processing. We never see or store card numbers.
- Refunds: No automatic refunds outside the 14-day trial window. Email bkowske@gogpc.com with refund requests; we evaluate case-by-case.
- Failed payments: If a charge fails, your subscription enters past_due status. Stripe retries automatically per its smart-retry settings. If recovery fails, access is suspended until payment is updated.
4. Account use
- One human per account. Sharing credentials violates these terms and triggers session-replacement enforcement.
- Don't resell, sublicense, or expose MOLE data to a third party as a commercial product.
- Don't scrape MOLE itself, automate its API beyond personal use, or attempt to bypass plan limits.
- Don't submit MSP intel or facility reports you know to be false.
5. Data accuracy and intel quality
Job postings change minute-to-minute. MOLE reflects the most recent public state we've observed; we do not guarantee that any specific posting is still open, accurate, or that the employer is hiring on the timeline shown. Confidence scores are heuristic signals, not commitments.
You are responsible for verifying every lead before acting. MOLE is a starting point for outreach, not a substitute for direct conversation with the facility or agency.
6. Intellectual property
MOLE, the spy-mole logo, the underlying scoring engine, the confidence-tier framework, and the dashboard design are owned by Good People Company. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MOLE for your own competitive intelligence work during your active subscription. That license ends when your subscription ends.
Job postings sourced from public agency sites remain the IP of their respective owners; MOLE displays them under fair-use indexing principles and links back to the source.
7. Termination
You can cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal — access continues through the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or repeatedly fail payment. We'll attempt to notify you before termination except in obvious-abuse cases.
8. Warranty disclaimer
MOLE is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that data is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of MOLE is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities resulting from acting on MOLE intel.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Good People Company against claims arising from your misuse of MOLE, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights through actions you take based on MOLE intel.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes resolve in courts located in that state. Both parties waive jury trial for disputes under these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days' notice via email to active subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
